First off, I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with the 24 Hour service line you offer. We also offer 24x7 support here at PCB staffed by employees and it is great to see another company value their customers having support when needed. I used the service for a real announcement for the first time last night. It worked very well and the employees were happy with the communication. Our NC office has also leveraged the service in the past.
